Go to Applications, search, select an application. When a Qualpay Online Application (OLA) is in Incomplete or Documentation status, you can opt to withdraw an application from further consideration.
To withdraw an application:
- View the Application Details and scroll to the bottom.
- Select Withdraw Application and add a reason for the withdrawal.
- Select Withdraw.
The application will now move to a Withdrawn status.
