Go to Reports and then select Reconciliation Summary.
The Reconciliation report is a summary of all your merchant’s net deposits, adjustments, reserves, and fee items that are posted to their depository account on a given day. The default date filter on the report is the last ACH post date. Click on the filter to change the date. Either navigate from the summary report or select the magnifying glass icon to view the Reconciliation Lookup for everyone or a specific merchant. If the merchant is processing in multiple currencies, you will see a row per currency for each post date.
Search the Reconciliation Lookup by using the filter icon and select from the following options:

DBA Name | The “Doing Business As” name listed on your Qualpay Account. Primarily viewable for consolidated accounts. |
Merchant ID | The Merchant ID or MID is the account number assigned by Qualpay to the account. |
Post Date | The date the ACH will post to a merchant’s depository account. |
Batch Count | Enter the batch count associated with the ACH post date, to look for matching merchants in the specified time period. |
Transaction Count | Enter the transaction count associated with the ACH post date to look for matching merchants in the specified time period. |
Total | Transaction value of sales associated with the ACH post date, recorded in the target currency, to look for matching merchants. |
Currency | Select from the available currencies, to view merchants and their batches in the specified time period. |
