Go to Applications and then select the filter icon.
Use a filter to identify and locate an application. Alternatively, use the quick search at the top and start typing to see the applications that match either the Application ID or Business Name.
The search options for the filter are provided in the table below. You can add multiple search criteria to identify a group of applications or a specific application. Once an application is identified, click it to view the Application Details.
Search Options

| DBA Name | The business name is also known as the DBA (Doing Business As). The DBA will be used when processing transactions and appear on the cardholder statement. |
| Approved Legal Name | The state registered entity name under which the business is operating. |
| Application Legal Name | The entity name with which the business applied. |
| Merchant ID | The Merchant ID or MID is the account number assigned by Qualpay to the account. Note: Applications that Qualpay has not yet approved will not have a Merchant ID. |
| Application ID | The Application ID is the application number assigned by Qualpay. |
| Creation Date | The date the user created the application. |
| Submission Date | The date the application was submitted to the Qualpay Underwriting Team. |
| Credit Decision Date | The date the Qualpay Underwriting Team made a decision about the application. |
| Application Status | The current application status. |
| Channel ID | Qualpay supports targeting applications to a specific vertical. The selection of the channel ID will allow a search based on different verticals. |
| Sales Rep | All partner users can be assigned as sales representatives. |
| Created By | The user that created the application. |
| Clickthrough | Filter applications based on whether or not a clickthrough exists or not. |
| Termination Node Name | Qualpay supports reporting hierarchy in which you and your merchants are placed. The termination node name is the reporting hierarchy assigned to the application. It appears in the Application Overview of the Application Detail. |
| Application Type | Filter on the three application types: EFT, Partner, or Merchant. |
