Go to Applications, select an application, and view the Application Detail.
The Application Documents, or "Doc Bucket," allows uploading documents to accompany the application. The number and type of documents that the Qualpay Underwriting team requests depend on the business type, age, ownership structure, and industry of the applying business. Qualpay recommends filling out the application first and then uploading the necessary documents.
Requested documents often include:
Document | Description |

Individual Identity | This doc bucket collects any photo ID or passport images for the individual signing the clickthrough agreements. The ID or passport should be for one of the business owners with 20% or greater ownership. In the case of employee-owned businesses and nonprofits, this should be the Control Person who will sign the clickthrough agreements. |
Deposit Account Verification | This doc bucket collects any pre-printed voided check or bank letter images that verify the routing number and account number belonging to the applying business. It should not be a sweep account. |
Business History | This doc bucket collects three months of deposit statements from the bank account verified above. If processing volume is being transferred to this bank account, provide statements from the previous account. Personal bank statements may be required for new businesses. |
Card Processing History | This doc bucket collects three months of card processing statements from another provider or Qualpay. |
Business Identity | This doc bucket collects any Articles of Incorporation or Business Licenses for the applying business. |
