Account Status Detail

Go to Reports and select Account Status Details.

The Account Status Details report displays accounts, their statuses, along with key account details. By default, the report shows the current month. Select the filter to change the month.  

Search the report by clicking the Filter Icon, and select from the following options:

Description
Merchant ID
The Merchant ID, or MID,  is the account number assigned by Qualpay to the account.
DBA Name
The business name is also known as the DBA (Doing Business As) name. This will be used when processing transactions and will appear on the cardholder statement.
Merchant Status
The Qualpay account moves through different stages depending on the actions and activities of the merchant; the merchant status will reflect this information.
Approval Date
The date the application was approved.
Activation Date
The date the first $10 batch was processed.
Report Month
The reporting month.

Merchant ID

Submission Date
The submission date is the date the application was submitted to the Qualpay Underwriting Team.
Approval Date
The approval date is the date the Qualpay Underwriting Team made a decision about the application for a Qualpay Account.
Days to approve
The time that has been taken (in calendar days) from submission to the account to approval.
Activation Date
The date on which an account processed its first batch totaling over $10.
Days to Activate
Calendar days from approval to the time the first batch was processed.
Approved Monthly Volume
The approved monthly volume. The amount is assigned by our underwriting team.
Established Monthly Volume
Rolling average sales of 3 prior full processing months.
Sales Rep
All partner users can be assigned as sales representatives.
