Go to Reports and select Closed Accounts Detail.
Closed Accounts Details displays closed accounts, along with key account details. The default Account Closure Date filter on the report is for the last week. Select the filter to change the dates.
Search the report by using the filter icon, and select from the following options:
Field | Description |

Merchant ID | The Merchant ID or MID is the account number assigned by Qualpay to the account. |
DBA Name | The business name is also known as the DBA (Doing Business As) name. This will be used when processing transactions and will appear on the cardholder statement. |
Merchant Status | The Qualpay account moves through different stages depending on the actions and activities of the merchant, and the merchant status will reflect this information. |
Approval Date | The date the application was approved. |
Activation Date | The date an account processed its first batch totaling over $10. |
Account Closure Date | The reporting month. |
View the report and the following fields:

Last Deposit Amount | The amount that was last funded into the account’s depository bank account. |
Reserve Held | Reserve held on the account. |
