The Qualpay account moves through different stages depending on actions and activities of the merchant. The Dashboard provides a tabular view of account statuses by billing month and access to the associated detail report. All accounts are accessed by selecting Accounts from the menu.
The table below describes the various statuses:
Account Status | Description |
---|---|
Open | An account is open and has not yet processed any transactions. |
Active | An account that has processed at least a $10 batch. |
Inactive | An account that was Active and now has not processed in the last 60 days. |
Hibernation | An account that is open but has not activated in the last 60 days. |
Closure in process (Suspicious) | An account that is actively in process of closure with the Qualpay team. Merchants are usually given 30 days notice before official closure occurs. |
Closing | An account that is actively in the process of closing. |
Closed | An account that is now closed. |
